My company, ATEL Communications, hired Igor (Business Optimum) to overhaul the old technology we used to run the business. This included moving to a different Server platform, a new enterprise-wide CRM package, and new accounting software. While CRM software was quite effective, it was very inefficient, and the employees were spending too much time working it. Igor brought our efficiencies back by tweaking the usage of the CRM software, completely redesigning the reporting mechanism, redesigning the integration with the new accounting software, and customizing the CRM package to enable it to perform additional accounting functions. The software publisher made a comment that Igor has performed one of the most thorough and comprehensive implementations of their software.
