Integration
Integration makes disparate systems talk to each other. If data is already in one system, it should never need to be entered again in another.
Integration is the second leg of Pillar 2 – Technology, one of the nine legs of Tripod²: disparate systems talk to each other. It answers one question: Do our systems talk to each other?
Integration and Migration: Two Sides of ETL
Systems integration and data migration are closely related ETL (extract, transform, load) processes that move data from source to target systems. Migration runs once, typically when replacing an old system with a new one; integration runs on a schedule, moving data between systems every day.
Integration
No system exists in isolation. We design and build the integrations between your platforms so data flows without manual re-entry – automatic where it pays, structured export and import where full automation is not cost-justified.
- Automatic integration – Scheduled, real-time, or event-driven synchronization between systems.
- Semi-automatic integration – Structured export and import workflows where full automation is not justified.
Legacy Data Migration
Your historical data comes with you. We migrate both master data (customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts) and transactional data (history, balances, open items) – cleaned, mapped, and validated before a single record touches the new system.

Integrated Systems
No more duplicate data entry across platforms.
One Version of the Truth
Numbers agree across systems.
History Preserved
Validated data migration when systems change.
Also in Pillar 2
Integration works together with Systems and Automation – weakness in any one leg limits the other two.
