Processes
Processes are how a business gets from where it is to where it wants to be. Designed well, they let revenue grow without a matching rise in headcount, cost, or complexity.
Processes is the second leg of Pillar 1 – Operations, one of the nine legs of Tripod²: how we get there. It answers one question: How do we get there?
The Accumulation Problem
As businesses grow and evolve, processes accumulate. New workflows get layered on top of old ones. Workarounds become permanent fixtures. Procedures that made sense five years ago remain in place long after the conditions that created them have changed.
Over time, this accumulation reduces effectiveness – not because people are not working hard, but because they are working within a system that has drifted away from the business model it was meant to serve.
Internal teams often cannot see this clearly because they are inside it. We bring a fresh, structured perspective that makes these patterns visible.
What We Do
- Map existing processes against what the business model actually requires
- Identify workflows that are obsolete, redundant, or misaligned
- Redesign processes for effectiveness and scale
- Implement alongside your team and measure against tangible outcomes
Processes Before Systems
Technology deployed on top of broken processes does not fix them – it embeds them. We redesign the process first, then let Systems and Automation make it faster.

Scalable Operations
Revenue growth without proportional cost increases.
Aligned Processes
Workflows that reflect how the business works today.
Eliminated Waste
Redundant, obsolete steps removed – not just documented.
Also in Pillar 1
Processes works together with Objectives and Controls – weakness in any one leg limits the other two.

When this leg is missing: workarounds, rework, and growth that needs proportional headcount. Let's find out where you stand.
